The decision of the Marganets city court of the Dniepropetrovsk region about the returning of the criminal case in fact of the malicious hooliganism on the 28-th of June, 2009, on the additional investigation by the representative of the victims was appealed.
On the 18-th of June, 2010, by the decision of the judicial chamber upon the criminal cases of the appeal court of the Dniepropetrovsk region, is left without a change the sentence of the Kirovskiy district court of Dniepropetrovsk city upon the case on the prosecution of Lygun L.N. by the article 115 ch.1 CC of Ukraine.
By the order of the President of Ukraine from the 4-th of June, 2010, Chubenko Leonid Ivanovich — the judge of the Dniepropetrovsk district court of the Dniepropetrovsk region is relieved from the position for the violation of the oath of judge.
On the 1-st o June, 2010, the first meeting of the disciplinary chamber of advocacy of the Dniepropetrovsk region took place. On the meeting the organizational questions were settled.
